57% of the UK’s entrepreneurial businesses met revenue growth projections between 2010-2011, according to the Deloitte Entrepreneurship UK 2011 report. Nine out of 10 expect to grow their business over the coming 12 months, with 53% forecasting double-digit growth. A third of entrepreneurs say organic growth will be their main growth strategy over the next 12 months, a fifth indicate development of new products and/or services, 8% are considering entering into a strategic alliance or collaborative project and 4% plan on using mergers and acquisitions in order to grow the business.
